These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of vitrobot.site and of any material you download from it (the "Site").

The Site is operated by VitroBot, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("VitroBOT", "we", "us", "our"). Research and development is carried out by its French subsidiary, VitroBOT SAS.

By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. In particular, you agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or any connected system.
• Interfere with the Site, including by sending automated requests at a volume that degrades it.
• Scrape, copy, or republish substantial parts of the Site without our written permission.
• Use the Site or our contact channels to send unsolicited advertising, malware, or unlawful content.

The Site describes our facade inspection and cleaning robots, our services, and our company. This information is provided for general purposes only.

Product specifications, performance figures, prices, and availability are indicative and may change without notice. They do not constitute a binding offer. A firm commitment exists only in a written quote or agreement signed by VitroBOT.

Some content describes products under development and our plans for the future. These statements reflect our current expectations and are not guarantees of future results.

The Site may let you download documents such as our company deck or product one-pagers. These materials are provided for your information only. You may share them in their original, unmodified form, but you may not alter them or present them as your own.

Nothing on the Site or in these materials is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security. Any investment in VitroBOT is made only through separate legal documentation, in compliance with applicable securities laws.

Inspections, quotes, robot deployments, and access to our cloud platform are governed by a separate written agreement between VitroBOT (or its authorized operator partner) and the customer. These Terms do not create any obligation for us to provide services.

If such an agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement prevails.

You can contact us by email, through WhatsApp using the QR codes we publish, or by leaving your phone number in our call-back form. When you contact us, you agree that we may reply through the same channel, and when you request a call back, that we may call the number you provided.

Messages sent through WhatsApp are also subject to the terms and privacy policy of WhatsApp (Meta Platforms). How we handle the personal data you send us is described in our Privacy Policy at vitrobot.site/privacy-policy.

Please do not send us confidential information unless we have agreed in writing to keep it confidential.

Program: VitroBOT (VitroBot, Inc.) sends SMS/text messages (call-back confirmations, appointment scheduling and occasional product updates) to people who opted in, either by checking the SMS consent box in our call-back form (on any page, or at vitrobot.site/sms) or by texting START to +1 (415) 578-7660. Consent is optional. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

• Message frequency varies, up to 4 msgs/month.
• Msg & data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. After you reply STOP, you will receive one confirmation message and no further messages unless you opt in again by texting START to +1 (415) 578-7660.
• For help, reply HELP or email contact@vitrobot.site.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How we handle your phone number is described in our Privacy Policy at vitrobot.site/privacy-policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding the service providers that process it on our behalf solely to operate this messaging program (our SMS provider, and the internal tool we use to receive call-back requests).

The Site and its content, including text, images, videos, 3D renders, software, logos, and the VitroBOT name, are owned by VitroBOT or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to view the Site for your personal or internal business use. No other right is granted, and nothing on the Site grants you a license to any patent, trademark, or other right of VitroBOT.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, such as LinkedIn or news publications. We do not control these websites and are not responsible for their content or practices.

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranty that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses, or that its content is complete or up to date.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VitroBOT will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or business, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its content.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. If you are a consumer, these Terms do not affect the statutory rights you have under the laws of your country of residence.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. This does not deprive consumers of the protection of mandatory rules of the country where they live.

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
